I will ALWAYS reccommend WaitStuff! Ordering through their site is so easy, AND if you need embroidered items or have any questions, their Customer Support is amazing and personable! If you need restaurant uniforms, look no further. Waitstuff has everything!!

I was supposed to get my items a week ago after getting and email saying my order is on back order and I still have not received my order.

I liked the product, although the zipper was the female side. Jacket made well, comfortable and looks great. The zipper just reversed.

Everything. From ordering to shipping to quality of the product to the return ( I ordered L and XL) because of a worry I grew past L due to weight gain) was seemless and would use Waitstaff again should the need arise.

Due to supply chain issues, Waitstuff Uniforms was unable to ship my order within a reasonable time. So, instead of waffling and shining me on, they explained their problem, refunded my money, and will let me know when this item becomes available so I can re-order. I did not get my order, but I give Waitstuff Five Stars for their unexpected honesty, candor and, inspite of conditions beyond their control, ability to make me feel a valued customer. Thank you Waitstuff Uniforms.

I have called you three times with no response and no idea about this order and when, if ever it will be delivered. Your customer service stinks.

Hi James, Thank you for your grace. We sent you an email on 12/20/21 explaining that our staff was recently impacted by COVID illness resulting in a lack of communication. In addition, the industry is currently experiencing major supply chain and staffing issues causing extensive delays and backorders. The email also let you know that your item was currently backordered with no estimated replenishment date from the manufacturer and that we had issued you a full refund. We do apologize and wish you well!

Never received my merchandise

Hi April, Thank you for your grace. We did send notification that your item was backordered and updated the ETA when it was extended from the manufacturer. We know this situation is frustrating. Unfortunately, the entire industry is currently experiencing major supply chain and staffing issues causing extensive delays and backorders. Your item did ship today and you should have received that automatic notification with the tracking number. If not you can find it in your order history within your account. Please let us know if you would like to return the item once delivered and we will be happy to waive the restocking fee. We do apologize and wish you well!
