The shirts are okay and kind of nice. The sizing however is very off. I ordered the size I normally get in the sleeves are about 4 in longer than any other I have received and they are basically useless. I needed them for work so I had to wear them so I will just have to get others and then these will go in the garbage as they are incredibly long and the sleeves.

I gave it a 3 star because when initially reaching to you there was recording that said we are closed two days later I received a voicemail by then I checked on location address in a strip mall that doesn’t exits according to tenants n real estate information posted outside the strip mall who said I’ve been working that location for. 10 years haven’t heard of them . The voicemail reassured me item was being processed please note small or large your mail order business calling one back or emailing as soon one gets the message wouldn’t have customer wondering if this transaction is real or not therefore received package n pleased it ended well. This is my experience n wondering should I go back .

Hello, We understand your frustration with the global supply chain crisis. We did give you an ETA of 11/8/21 from the manufacturer and yes unfortunately that truck is now scheduled for delivery tomorrow and items will have to be checked in to the warehouse before shipping backorders. We have processed a full refund for your order and would have been happy to do so at any point. You can have a look in your account online to see all the communications. You messaged us last night at 7:53 PM requesting a refund and at 9:30 AM sent another message accusing us of being a scam and posted this review. While I understand your frustration, unfortunately, the entire industry is currently experiencing major supply chain and staffing issues causing extensive delays and backorders. I have been waiting for my order for maybe a month or more...I can't remember that far back. I received 2 shirts out of the order, I think I may have ordered 6 and the aprons have never come. I ended up ordering some from amazon just to get us by.

Unfortunately, the entire industry is currently experiencing major supply chain and staffing issues causing extensive delays and backorders. We contacted you to let you know that items were backordered as follows: Item SKU: CW-AW047 TSWO-S BG-6505-B-M ETA DATE: 11/1/21- aprons and shirts 12/20/21 -polos We offered three possible resolutions, to which you replied: "Please send what you have and ship any backordered items when they arrive, Thank you!" The backordered aprons and shirts are shipped and scheduled for delivery 11/4/21. And the polos are still backordered with the 12/20/21 date. We truly appreciate our customers. I placed my order some time ago. I think it may be over three months now. The first rep I was interacting with was a manager. Then after no response from her I tried emailing and nothing. Then I called the 800 number and did get someone who informed me the person I was dealing with left the company. I am not sure why the emails did not come back as undeliverable. The new rep said they would do a rush delivery and to my knowledge we still do not have our order. Very disappointed
