I have direct contact with this vendor I ordered my first product I got it really fast we kept the communication going as she was preparing my product she kept me updated on everything and every step that she was doing and contact me when my order was being shipped out love it.

Best Vendor!!!!
This was the one of the first vendors I tried for my products and I have not been disappointed. I have placed several orders since February 2021, all have arrived on time and the product quality always exceed my expectations!!!!!! Irene answers any questions I have in timely manner!!! Looking forward to continue my business relationship with them!!!!

MISSING order placed on 4/28/21
I placed and order on 4/28/21. I received the order confirmation, the money was taken from my account. I have not received the order and even after emailing. I received a response but it was regarding someone else order. I am still not able to get any information regarding my order. What is going on with this company, I have not been able to speak with anyone. Terrible customer service, I will be notifying my bank if I do not get a response to my inquiries within the next few days. This is unacceptable.

Because we sell 10000pcs every day for our hot sellings at this month, so you didn't get your orders in time. But now we add more product lines to producing products, everything is normal now! We could ship the products faster and full of stocks now.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! SCAMMERS
I placed an order on 4/11 haven't received any updates. I sent an email on 4/21 NO RESPONSE, sent another email today!!! Tried to pull up the website after I ordered & it was down!! Please be aware before ordering from this company!!!!

PLAYING WITH MY EMOTIONS
They get a ⭐️ ⭐️ because I order on 4/2 10 days later No update sent an email no response then the next day the website was no longer available had to file a dispute with PayPal because I was getting scammed. Today 4/20 I received notification from dhl that a package will arrive 4/26 went to my email nothing from waist dear then 8 hours later I see a message from them about my order and now the website is back up 😒 playing with my emotions 😩 but when I get my package I pray everything is legit and correct I MIGHT ORDER AGAIN
