I placed my order on July 29, but not shipped until August 6. Hopefully, I will receive it soon, but to take over 8 days to receive shipments is considered slow, especially if it sat in a warehouse somewhere.

Most of the items I purchased don't fit even though I had similar sizes before. I spent over 200 dollars and was told no refunds or exchages but I could get a discount if I want to order more lol. Was never told how much the discount would be and WHY would I order more if theres no guarantee it will fit. Now I'm stuck with 200 dollars gone and clothes I can't do anything with. Very unprofessional to not offer any refund or return.

I have ordered 2 pairs of the flaired jeans as looks amazing no tracking i have emailed multiple times to see if there is an update to my shipment, logged in today went onto my orders and now says i havnt ordered anything was so looking forward to them as look stunning!

My item hasn't shipped I have 2 orders from them and nothing. Also support is kinda weird on WhatsApp when I contact them nobody can contact me besides someone named Tina. All in all kinda a weird site with how everything is handled and lack of communication.
