This company is a bad company to do business with. Bout months ago I made a large purchase for my online business and first time ordering from them, they took forever to process my order after several emails back and forth about my order they finally sent me a tracking number to track my package. Long story short my package was never delivered I made a dispute with PayPal they investigate it and came to a decision to not refund my money. Do not order from they poor customer services my first and last time
Response from waistdear.comDec 28, 2021
Cerettes, we shipped the package and delivered it. Pls check the tracking number 787755248625 by FedEx which shows delivered and click this link to see details https://www.fedex.com/zh-cn/home.html, or pls call FedEx: 8004633339 about it. We called FedEx, they said they put the package at your door if your neighbor help you to pick up it? And you could message our seller through this link too, http://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=8617306007909 so we can work things out quickly. Hope to hear from you soon.
