Well, I got this request for a review for something I never bought so..... Awesome! I loved it! The widget did its widget task so well I don't know how I ever managed without this widget.

I ordered several 90 degree elbows and some fish mouth fittings in aluminum. I was fabricating an aluminum frame for a commercial crab boat awning cover. The elbows required a small amount of prep to square them up and they were ready to go. They welded up fine and saved me considerable time in prep and fit-up. However, the tap-on fish mouth fittings proved to be too thin to hold its form when attempting to weld to 1 1/2" pipe (.145" wall thickness). It is a great design, but needs to be made of heavier wall material. One other note, this was a relatively light (less than one pound) order but I was disappointed to find the shipping cost to be over $20. Maybe consider flat rate shipping to save the customer some cost. Overall cost of the material was very reasonable.

The drawing for the part I purchased showed a 7” radius bend, to the centerline of the pipe. Product arrived with a 7” radius bend to the inside of the pipe. In other words, the radius was 1-5/8” larger than what our customer wanted. I had to bargain with them to get them to accept a product change.

I would have given 5 stars if PayPal was a payment option. It's a shame it's not.

It's now been more than 3 weeks, and no one will respond to my multiple contacts about the defective brackets I received. Not sure what I need to do to get a response or some assistance. Based on this experience, I do not recommend making any purchases from this company.

Product was here the next day.
