Given up smoking, started on the epen ( love the panna cotta ) now onto epod. Cheaper buying them on there online store then from a vape store. Ordered the e tank, didn't get on with it, returned it and received a full refund very quickly. Always found customer services really helpful to. You can buy a device online for 4.99 so not a great deal of money to try it

Hélas produit peut fiable , j’ai du en acheter 1 dizaine et le pb de recharge est récurrent . Au bout de qq temps la batterie ne se recharche plus - est ce le câble d’alimentation ? La batterie ? Bref ko .

Bought a vype epen from my local post office which was faulty. Called there customer service who advised me to email them to have the product repaired or replaced. Well about 8 emails later and the need to create an online account they now need a copy of my passport! Appalling service!

I have been on alt vype for the last 5 months, finally got me off cigarettes. On the plus side its clean just pop n the pod and your away, charge when you need to. Not sure Im getting my moneys worth tho. Self maintenance with liquid application is far cheaper and lasts longer so I am considering moving on. Also saw a alt vype add pop up saying that cigarettes are the greatest population of ocean waste. Not so, plastic is, so take that off.

J avais essayé plusieurs cigarettes électroniques.. À chaque fois je replongeais.. Je courais même presque me racheter un paquet de vraies cigarettes... Depuis que j utilise le vype rien à voir.. J ai presque arrêté la vraie clope... J ai également trouvé un site où les 2 recharges sont à 4,89 au lieu de 6,99.. Donc tt va pour le mieux.. Ravie !

Bought one, doesn’t even work whatsoever - the battery was faulty. Can’t return to boots because I’ve opened the box. Customer services number didn’t work. Don’t bother, awful product and CS.
