Love Vype, simple easy to use and does exactly what you want, no leakage. Only problem i had is when sainsbury's were sold out so I had to switch to the 'logic' vape, never used such a disappointing product! They're no way as good as vype, keep up the good work Vype!

Have to say I gave up smoking tobacco and I only use the Vype epen 3. Brilliant and it's in most shops. I can order the refills from uk and have them in ireland in 2 days. The epen Is clean and mess free and discreet. I still cant believe I gave up smoking real tobacco. The problem I had with vape was the refilling and juices. Just messy. Not anymore. Happy customer. Master blend all the way.

Switched to Vype from JUUL 7 months ago - absolutely no issues and the price point is a lot less than competitors plus the cartridges are easy to find in supermarkets and convenience shops. Recommended

Last year I was using their old style pen. It had started to leak so I emailed them as I couldn’t find a replacement cartridge online. They replied and told me that they had stopped making them now but sent me out FREE OF CHARGE the E tank pro much to my delight. I have been using it every since and have also purchased a back up from them too. I am really grateful for the great customer service that I received. Thank you Vype!

Having purchased the vype epod in their Harrow store. I was disappointed when I got it home and it wouldn’t charge. I took it back to them. I was told by their staff that I was the 3RD customer who had been back this week with this same product as it didn’t charge! That it was a ‘BAD BATCH’ that had been delivered to them. (So why they are selling a product to customers that doesn’t work? That is a disgrace!) However, It was replaced, but the same thing happened again it just wouldn’t charge!! Having taken it back a second time I was told I couldn’t have a refund. So I am stuck with a product that, they knowingly sold me doesn’t work. And I am £25 down and now have to purchase another one from different company. Surely if it was a ‘bad batch’ they shouldn’t be still selling them? That seems incredibly unfair on customers. The service previously had been good. But today I found them to be deliberately unhelpful, cold and very defensive. I WILL NOT be using any of their products in the future. And I definitely DO NOT recommend them to anyone or their products!
