I received my code in a little over an hour and it worked! I was so frustrated with our local VW dealership wanting to charge me service fees after telling me that they usually offer the codes for free. I escalated the issue with VW Canada and they were also not helpful and stand behind the local dealership's discretion whether they would charge for that service. I was so disappointed with the lack of customer care and understanding. I found this website and with everyone's reviews, I trusted it, and I am glad I did. They are very helpful, quick and non-expensive!

Was skeptical at first but they came through with the code for my 15 year old VW. Even my connections at the VW dealer, where I used to work, couldn't get me the code without bringing the car in to be scanned, Needless to say I just shared the link with my VW dealer connections. Cheaper and easier than making an appointment with the dealer. Impressive!
