Entered and paid for a VW radio code, that was supposed to be approx 2 hr wait during business hours their time, still waiting a full week later and nothing. I’ve sent 2 follow up emails and no response to them either. Pretty disappointing overall and reported to my card provider as fraudulent now.

This site is ok WHEN it works (even tho its way slower then they claim) but despite their claims that they will refund when it does not work you can say good bye to your money. There is no refund, instead the staff will just ignore all messages from you instead.
