I used to be a Vuori customer, but not anymore, as one of the trousers I had, just started deteriorating after only a few months. Reached out to customer service and, although they said how proud they are of their products, they could not offer a replacement, but instead a 20% off a new purchase. You can keep that, and I will stay away from your brand.

Case # #26157547 Subject: Double payment to you for my order Message to Vuori: I paid you via Venmo, and the charge did not go through. So I paid via paypal. I received a notification that you charged my paypal account. I saw a hold on the amount of $186.96 (date of April 7, 2026) on my VENMO account. I contacted Vuori, who informed me that since they were already paid, the Venmo pending would not go through. It actually DID go through and they paid you ANOTHER $186.96 for the same order. (Order ##26157547 shipped to a friend. I get a TON of stuff from you and I pay enough without paying you TWICE for the same order. I need a refund or Vuori credit for the $186.96 since you received payment from both Venmo and PayPal for my order. I need a manager to fix this as soon as possible since I have already spent HOURS trying to fix it when it happened with assurances that after a week-10 days the "pending" would be dropped. Instead it was sent to Vuori. Venmo shows they PAID VUORI, and PAYPAL shows they PAID VUORI. You received DOUBLE PAYMENT for this order. Venmo DENIED my request for my money back for this order because they said THEY PAID YOU: Note from VENMO: This decision was made because our records show that this transaction was processed correctly.

Palms still burning: Tried these on. Within thirty minutes of handling the fabric my palms were literally tingling and hot, still burning as I write this. That is a nervous system response to a chemical load on the cloth. Researched the product. Vuori’s DuraTerra ripstop is Teflon coated. Teflon is PTFE, a PFAS forever chemical that persists in soil, water, and human tissue for over a thousand years. A second antimicrobial finish sits on top of it. I mailed back and returned pair of pants one month ago. I found a new charge on my credit card and Vuori is claiming it is a refund. I am owed over 250 dollars for the fraudulent charge and my refund. Vuori has not responded to my request for help.

I love the clothing, but oh my what a shocking customer experience. I placed an order on the UK website. Unfortunately what the website fails to disclose is that they only ship from California. There’s no reference as to who pays import taxes and how long it might take for delivery. To make the situation worse, I waited 6 weeks, constantly asking for updates but without reply. It has now emerged that my parcel is still sitting in the warehouse in California! And the customer service response: “sometimes problems are out of our hands”. This has been a great example of how a brand ruins its image and customer loyalty.

I’ve tried Vuori three different times now and returned everything. The cuts are horrendously inaccurate, the proportions feel made for people with the most minuscule crotches, and if you’re tall or built at all, it’s the most uncomfortable thing you’ll ever put on your body. I’m 6’5” and initially bought an XL shirt, which fits me perfectly with most other brands, and it barely passed my belly button. Next I bought the “meta athletic slim fit” pants and they were like leggings on me. Finally, I bought the classic fitted metas thinking they’d give extra room, and it was like wrapping my legs in a wrinkled silk sheet. The ratio of expensiveness to discomfort is ungodly and quite frankly a scam. Every time I see Vuori on someone and briefly consider giving it another chance, I’m reminded that it only ever looks acceptable on stubby people with tiny legs, which appears to be their only target demographic. If you’re truly above 6’0” you could walk into a marshals with a $10 bill in hand and find better pants. This company sucks so badly.

I am beyond frustrated with Vuori’s quality and customer service. I ordered a short-sleeve T-shirt for my husband for Christmas (along with another item), and the shirt arrived with two small holes at the neckline. It looked like burn or acid damage. I submitted a return/refund request over 5 weeks ago, including photos. Since then, I’ve received three meaningless responses and zero resolution. I even called customer service and was told they have “a small department and are getting to it.” That was two weeks ago. This is unacceptable—especially for a brand charging $49 for a T-shirt. Vuori shipped a damaged product and then completely failed to fix the issue. Premium prices, bargain-basement customer service. I will not order again unless this is resolved immediately.

I was looking at placing an order. I selected one payment method that should have redirected me when i clicked pay now. It made me go back up top on the same screen to choose between two address options. When i went back and clicked pay now i saw it changed my payment method to my credit card which I didn't want used. It was too late. I logged in and tried to cancel but no way to cancel. I tried the chat since it still says processing and under 5 minutes. It says sorry you cant ever cancel an order even if their website glitched. I have to wait for the items to be delivered and return them of course losing out on shipping fees etc. Most companies Ive ever dealt with if you contact right away it can be canceled, so Im highly disappointed. I will stick with more trustworthy companies.
