The shipping was extremely fast. First I ordered the wrong wig and I emailed them and they responded in a couple hours and fixed it for me. I love the hair it’s so soft didn’t have to do anything to it but put on and go!! Will order again.

Got the hair, even changed my location mid delivery (dhl) and I received the hair despite the mix up. Kept in contact with the vshow in the midst of it and was guided on what to do regarding delivery. I requested a big size cap due to my medium sized length locs and the wig is big head friendly and stretches, which is perfect for me and my locs. The hair is exactly what I wanted and looks the exact same from the tiktok videos on their page. As I’m finger combing my hair I get like one strand of hair in my hand so far and there’s nooo tangles (this is the first day of me having the wig and manipulating it to fit my head so no cutting just yet and no washing). I really like it. Haven’t found a quality wig in years.. I turned into a loc girly. But 2 years of wearing locs I do miss a good big head friendly wig and this wig exceeded expectations. I ordered the hair at the end of July around 25-28th and received it August 9th. Guys follow their Tiktok page to know what hair to purchase.

Purchased a reddish brown wig from this company. I waited a month to get the wig and then when I receive the wig, the hair is tangling from coming out of the box. I tried curling the wig and when you brush out the curls the hair starts to tangle. I took that to mean that the hair can only be straight without tangling. I was wrong. Tried washing the wig and the hair IMMEDIATELY starts to tangle and becomes a ball of tangled hair. Trying to detangle the wig completely after it being wet takes much longer than it should with a human hair wig. You would think it’s synthetic. I reached out to the company and their suggestion was to wash the hair. After I kept saying that washing it isn’t going to help, the hair is just TERRIBLE quality. After days of back and forth sending pictures and videos of the hair, their compensation was $30. I have purchased two other wigs from this company and have no issues with them. The fact that it’s specifically the reddish brown wig that took a month to be delivered, is terrible quality and my compensation is being told to wash it and $30. This company is a JOKE and I would love my money back completely and I will gladly send back this BS wig. Update: their suggestion is still to wash and condition the wig like it hadn’t been done about 50 times already

I ordered a wig about a month ago from this scamming company and they still haven't given me my wig. I've been asking for a refund and this company refuse to give me a refund. They said they would resend another wig asap. Of course they still haven't. Don't bother odering from this so called company because you won't get your order. Waste of money. Truly disgusting. They give a fake shipping company and when you click on it with your tracking number, nothing comes up. Because it's all a scam. Fake hair company. They only give wigs to influencers, they don't give wigs to ordinary people. What they will do is take your money and not give you what you paid for. Scam fraud company. Don't waste your money. It's better to spend it elsewhere. I hope they get taken down and banned permanently for doing fraud and taking people's money. Update: I finally got my wig, but I'm not ordering from this company again, you've got to chase them up for your item.

Do not trust this company. They send different wigs to influencers and don’t send the wig until you harass them to get it a month later. I just wanted my wig for my birthday but instead they played in my face for a month and now I have to wait weeks just to get my money back for a wig they never sent. Why advertise so much to take people’s tax refund money when they can’t do all the orders??.. so disappointed
Response from VSHOW HAIRSep 26, 2023

Ordered a glueless wig with "express shipping" through this company and they have literally been "processing" order for two weeks. Reached out to the "support" grace on their website and all they said was I can get a refund if I don't want to wait and am in a hurry…if I order a wig through express shipping why would it be okay to have to wait more than two weeks just for "processing". They say they are backed up with those who got their tax refunds, yet they advertise on their site a big discount to get people's tax refunds even though they can't keep up with the amount of orders they have. Just know you'll probably wait a month before actually receiving the wig even if you get any type of expedited shipping. It seems like I’m having the same experience as someone else from a year ago where this company drags out the processing time and may not actually send the wig. It’s extremely unfortunate. Tip for consumers: Shop elsewhere if you want a site that actually follows their shipping guilds lines and won’t drag their feet with your express orders.
