Takes color very well but tangles and mat up super fast.

On the website, it states that the half-wigs and V-part wigs are made of human hair. However, after placing your order, you receive an email stating that they have registered it as synthetic. I have ordered from this company before (early 2025) and I still have the older wig and that one was indeed human hair. The new ones are not human hair. They are synthetic! I did a burn test and the strands ball into plastic like synthetic hair and they don't hold a finger curl like the older wig does. So disappointing because the texture is beautiful. The texture is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

In August, I ordered hair from this company. I wasn't satisfied, so I sent it back. Easy Return was on the box, but it turned out to be anything but. I went to the delivery point near me. I first tried to buy a label online, but this didn't work because of my bank. Then I went to the delivery point and received a proof of delivery, which I kept for two weeks and then threw away. A month later, I heard something was wrong because the delivery point probably made a mistake by not sending it to the right place. Now I've lost my hair and my money, and that V-Show Hair guy says I'm lying and didn't send it. I'll never buy from here again; they won't help you, and the person I emailed called me a liar. Definitely don't buy your hair here. It comes from China and it stinks.

Are these reviews authentic or a bait? I have placed an order March 12. Hither to, I haven’t have received an ETA or a tracking number. This was advertised as an order with xpress shipping. I wrote to customer service and the reply given was : “it should arrive next week friend.” Very concerning.

I got the kinky curly v-part wig. It didn’t shed too much, was constructed well, the hair is soft, and is SUPER beginner friendly. However, it is clearly a synthetic blend because there are shiny red strands and it is NOT kinky curly. Definitely more of a 3a hair texture. So, I can’t wear the wig as intended without the crochet method or putting a headband or scarf over the leave out. I’ve seen unsponsored reviews of this product and the wig looks different in each video. So you’re definitely gonna take a gamble because you don’t know what you’re going to get!

It wasn’t the correct color . You guys can improve by being honest

The wig does not fit my head. I thought it was going to have a lout of space for parting. I didn’t like the smell.

Purchased a reddish brown wig from this company. I waited a month to get the wig and then when I receive the wig, the hair is tangling from coming out of the box. I tried curling the wig and when you brush out the curls the hair starts to tangle. I took that to mean that the hair can only be straight without tangling. I was wrong. Tried washing the wig and the hair IMMEDIATELY starts to tangle and becomes a ball of tangled hair. Trying to detangle the wig completely after it being wet takes much longer than it should with a human hair wig. You would think it’s synthetic. I reached out to the company and their suggestion was to wash the hair. After I kept saying that washing it isn’t going to help, the hair is just TERRIBLE quality. After days of back and forth sending pictures and videos of the hair, their compensation was $30. I have purchased two other wigs from this company and have no issues with them. The fact that it’s specifically the reddish brown wig that took a month to be delivered, is terrible quality and my compensation is being told to wash it and $30. This company is a JOKE and I would love my money back completely and I will gladly send back this BS wig. Update: their suggestion is still to wash and condition the wig like it hadn’t been done about 50 times already
