The images are too cartoony
The images are too cartoony. This was my 1st time using them and I was hoping for something better especially for what they charge. On a good note they are faster than others.

Hi Keith, I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the staging. I see my team reached out offering revisions and a refund. You mentioned you’d still be using the images due to your deadline and declined both, but we’ve gone ahead and refunded your order anyway. If you’re not happy, we’re not either. From our side, the photorealism looks consistent with the samples shown on our website, so I’m not quite sure what made the images feel cartoony to you. That said, we understand design and style can be subjective. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the speed of delivery, though. Even though we’ve refunded the order, feel free to continue using the images in your marketing. It’s on us. We’d love for you to give us another shot in the future, maybe with a different furniture style if the Traditional one didn’t feel like the right fit. -George
