The Pictures dull and unexciting.
The system uses old or bland, dull, and unexciting. Pictures that don't fit the space, and they partially cover a closet, TV, or doorway, placing a table in a hallway. ughh frustrating

Hi there, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with a virtual staging company, but this does not sound like us. It looks like you’re referring to an AI app for staging. If I’m wrong, please reach out to us so we can take a look at your project.

This company took 228 from me and has not given it back. Do not use this company. They also don’t have a phone number to reach them, only email, a sure sign of a company you do not want to patronize.

Hi Cherise, I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with a virtual staging company. However, it seems there may be some confusion as this doesn’t sound like us. I’ve checked our system and couldn’t find your details, leading me to believe you may have posted this review on the wrong page. As far as I can see, you don’t have an account with us. For your information, we offer a variety of customer service options including a phone number, live chat, and a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. I hope you manage to identify the correct company and receive your refund soon. Good luck! Best, Andrew
