Shocking...regret being sucked in. Website offers free returns..Big Lie.....offering less than cost paid as a refund...why would this ever be appropriate. And quality is not great...of course you get what you pay for...but probably same quality on cheaper sites...

I ordered 2 dresses of the same design but in different sizes as I was unsure of their "fit" as it was a first time order. The dresses arrived with a short, but acceptable delay. I have retained one dress which is nice enough and want to return the other. Vrilu has offered a $5 refund (equivalent to £4 on todays conversion rate) for a £46 dress and suggested I keep the dress that doesnt fit!! Why would I??? This offer is totally unacceptable and breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have again asked for a full refund. UPDATE - Vrilu has now offered a refund of $15 … shocking customer service - I Just want my money back😔 UPDATE - Vrilu has now offered a refund of $30 but I must return the dress at my own expense WAIT FOR IT..... the return address is a hotel car park on Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai. I have family living in Dubai who did a recce...... so they'd never acknowledge receipt of the return and I wouldn't be refunded a bean yet would have paid the shipping costs. YOU REALLY COULDN'T WRITE IT. VRILU IS A SHAMEFUL SCAM!

Do not buy anything from this company. When trying to return unsuitable items I found my self having to barter for a refund as they informed me it was too expensive to return to Dubai. I eventually had to settle for a refund much less than I had paid out.

The dress which I bought was not as described in the listing. Sizing too big, shape all wrong material not very nice. When I asked for a refund they made it very difficult for me to get a full refund and I had to settle for about half and apparently keep the garment to wear! It did not fit so why would I want to keep it. Will never buy from company again.

Do not buy from this company if you think you may need to return anything. They DO NOT do free 30 day returns as claimed on their website. Neither item was suitable for me so applied for a free return. Their customer service team bartered with me for over a week offering varying amounts , far less than purchase value to keep the items. If I wanted a full refund I had to return them to an address in Dubai at my own cost. They are misleading customers with false claims about their return policy on their website and have absolutely no customer service values. If I could give them a negative score I would. Do not buy from them.

This is my first time using Vrilu. I will admit after receiving the initial purchase email, the company's complete radio silence had me concerned. 3 weeks went by without so much as a Progress update on how the order was doing so I was concerned I would never hear from them again or receive any product. However, after sending a follow up email my order was magically processed within 24 hours and on its way to Australia. It made it within 2 weeks, as per shipping guidelines and the clothing is better than expected. Mostly really good fit, with a few minor exceptions and the colours and material are great. Looking forward to wearing the new items. Would use again.
