VRAIReviews of vrai.com

Buying an engagement ring at VRAI Chicago was an all-in-all excellent experience. They offer a wide variety of stone cuts and settings, as well as ring designs and materials. After taking advantage of several consultations (in person, as well as via email and video conferencing), we are very happy with the made-to-order ring.

It seems like based on the reviews here, it heavily depends on the VRAI rep you work with. Christopher Mossman has gone overboard in helping get an engagement ring for my fiancé. He helped so much that I thought he took commission, but he doesn't. He has a lot of passion, and I commend him for that. The diamond I bought was the best quality I've seen compared to many other jewelers that I've shopped around with.

My boyfriend and I started looking at engagement rings together and started with VRAI (their Chicago Gold Coast location). It was such an excellent first appointment - Andrea was so warm and welcoming yet very informative. She was patient as I was indecisive and gave me a huge selection of rings to try on and look at. We also learned a lot about what to even look for when thinking about diamonds and settings. It was a really good experience and we're so glad we started with them! Could not recommend Andrea enough.

We had a positive experience at VRAI Chicago. Andrea Mamula was informative, honest, and patient. Looking forward to the rest of the process of finalizing my ring with Andrea and VRAI!

Paris made it so easy for us to decide what Engagement Ring we wanted. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had. The process seemed overwhelming before meeting with Paris at Vrai but now we have a piece of mind knowing we are buying from a wonderful company!

Andrea Mamula was fantastic in helping us find our dream engagement ring and wedding bands. She was patient, accommodating, and offered helpful advice about selecting the best choice for us. We would recommend her to anyone and appreciate her help in such a huge decision and purchase in our lives!

We had the pleasure of working with Paris Jackson-Harris. She was very nice, professional and accommodating. We are on the west coast and she zoomed with us (east coast time) which was very late for her. She picked a diamond for me that I love. Debbie M.

Andrea Mamula helped me find the perfect engagement ring and was patient and knowledgeable. She brought a variety of versions of what I was looking for and had great advice/tips. I never felt pressure to buy something I did not want and felt like I was heard. The ring was well received and added greatly to how special our engagement was.
