Completely irresponsible for defective products and shixx customer services!

VRSF is the bomb! fast shipping and nice fitment. I ordered a front mount intercooler for my F87. The install was very straight forward and very nice quality product. I plan on ordering my catless downpipes from them very soon.

Pace Auto Werks are German Auto specialists. Last week we fitted a VRSF cattless downpie to a clients BMW F20135i, carried out the re-mapping and boy what a difference it made. Excellent quality product, beautifully engineered to fit perfectly. More power, great exhaust note. I'm so impressed that I just bought one for my F30 335i with the larger induction tube & can't wait to fit them & tune her up. Highly recommend the VRFS products and service.

I bought a downpipe and a V-Band Clamp for my BMW f30 328i. It came and was well packaged; however, I am missing the V-Band Clamp. All I can say is that the customer service is absolutely awful. The products seems great; however, they did not include all the parts I was supposed to get and I can not have it put on the car without this part. This company refuses to answer me. It is very frustrating and rude to have someone pay about $300 and not receive the products I paid for. I have waited well over 2 weeks and have not received a response or my products. So I decided I would just order the part again and all I have received is an order confirmation. It’s been 11 days since I purchased it and I have not received any emails about it getting shipped or processed. Who knows if I will even get it. I am writing this review so that you don’t waste your money.

I’m extremely satisfied with all the quality parts but the performance of the car is far more satisfying! I’ll will most definitely be ordering more parts from you guys....

Love the quality of the products. Hate how long it takes them to actually ship stuff out. Will be avoiding ordering directly from them for the rest of my build because of this. Lucky for me there is a 3rd party vendor in my town who keeps some of their products in stock. The vendor agrees that they are a nightmare when it comes to wait times as well.

Great performance for the n54 maybe the best bang for your buck. But my review is really about the customer service and shipping through cornavirus situation. They are or was back up a little. But I'm still satisfied that tiago took time to explain why cause he was short staff. He even threw in a free t shirt.

VRSF honestly have the best parts for my N54 BMW.They are the best and trusted website to customize your car and buy parts from
