After the order was placed it took some time process my order. But this was because of the product was on backorder. VRSF sent me directly an email after my order was shipped and also take care for a solution for the delay. I am happy that it is on my way and vrsf thank you very much Tiago and ofcourse the support team.

VRSF did great shipping my products out in a timely manner. I have ordered from them multiple times and they do not disappoint! They provide an inexpensive product that is equal to and sometimes better than their more expensive competitors!

I have no complaints at all. Got my chargepipe quickly, fitment was great. The whole experience with vrsf was smooth. Highly recommend!

This company is not worth it and do not keep up with their words. Customer service is non existent. They will have parts listed as available on their website, take your money and youll have to wait to get what you ordered. I had a defective part from them and they advised me to purchased a replacement and ship the deffective one back and they will refund me once they receive the defective one back. I have done exactly that. Shipped the return package back using the return label provided by them and it was received and also signed by them. Three weeks later I havent heard from them nor received my refund.

Absolute joke of a company. Claim to be one of the best far from it. Been waiting for months for my parts like alot of other people. Need my parts asap and my car is off road till I get them. They claim to be moving premises but have kept taking orders as if they could keep up with demand. All they have done is make hundreds of people absolutely hate this company. What a joke.

this company should be out of business with how poor they run there business they wont respond or refund money back..its been 4 weeks now waiting for a simple intercooler , ive called bbb and made a claim against them useless .

SCAMMERS! LIARS! Do NOT send money to VRSF, they lied about product availability on their website - now 1 month later, they have NOT shipped the product or refunded my money. Filled a complaint with BBB for misleading customers on product availability and not refunding customer's money. Not sure what VRSF means by "valuing high customer satisfaction", because they are nothing short of THIEVES at this point. It's been over 1 month - refund my money!!!
