Satisfied Volusion user for over 7 years!
I've used Volusion since opening my store over 7 years ago & I have never regretted the decision to go with them! It does everything that I need it to do to run a successful business!

My Experience
I love Volusion I figured if my company's that I order from use Vousion I can too and this is why: 1: CSR are super helpful who needs websites for dummies 2: the prices are great for a small small company like mines with the professional look 3: the mgrs are always checking on you, so its not about the money they like their reputation I i love the company! keep up the good wprk

We Will be switching soon
It seems like everything we want to do on our site is not possible and we can't get real help without switching to the more expensive package. Templates are not very customizable as far as colors. Subscriptions are important to our business but we can't do a weekly or biweekly option, and volusion does not have anywhere for customers to customize or manage. Not very user friendly in general. We will be switching to shopify soon.

Waste of time and money
I paid a lot of money to have a great web site built, Vlusion was a waste of time, did not help as promised and when asked for help was told that it would cost more money It is a rip off

Great site to build if you have no knowledge of Web builds. VERY EASY..... however had issue with setting up coupons

Ready to Ship
Hello, My company has used Volusion for a number of years and we have been very happy with it. However, with the latest update of your order processing page, it is difficult to reach the Ready to Ship button from the drop down box. It is necessary to reduce the font to 50% on my laptop in order to complete processing the orders. It is less of an issue on the pc but still requires font adjustment. I thought you would like to know.

Second To None
In my experience Volusion is second to none. At one point I had made the decision to leave Volusion and move to GO Daddy, This decision was based on price. I made an absolute mess of my Online store. My store was down for 10 days, which is a very long time, only one company was there to help me clean up my mess, that was Volusion!! Thank you Volusion
