They are selling something that they don't have. I placed my order in Mid December 2021, and noticed that the delivery will be around the week of Jan 17, 2022. The week of Jan 17th came and gone, no news so far about when my order can be fulfilled and no one bothers to let me know about the status of it. This makes me wonder if the company is legit or not.

Hua — you were right to be frustrated, and the "is this company legit" question is one we earned. We quoted a ship week we couldn't hold and then went quiet, which is the worst possible combination. Voltage was being handed to new owners at the time and our order-status process didn't survive the transition intact. We've since rebuilt how lead times work on the site so they track what each manufacturer is actually quoting and update when that changes, rather than sitting stale. Apologies this reply here is so late, our review replies system was also in transition when you posted this. — Ryan
