Small company, but great potential -- would recommend ordering from them.
Shipping takes FOREVER. I placed an order on Saturday, and they shipped it on Wednesday – not 1 day like they claim. Update: They managed to rush it, and now it's arriving sooner. They even reached out, refunding the order in full. Delightful customer care. I hope they go far.

Too good to be true
Too good to be true? No way! I called Voltage about a grinder that was out of stock everywhere. The only places I could find it were up charging at least 10%. Called Voltage and was told there was no known lead time. 24 hours later I got a follow up call that they just so happened to get some in overnight. On top of that, Voltage offered free shipping, and even a discount for new customers. Honestly, I thought it might be too good to be true, and there was some mistake. Well, not even a week later, it showed up on my doorstep. Outstanding Voltage, can’t thank you enough for being so awesome!
