Overpriced
Overpriced Things are very expensive on the website, not just what I got. Paid $22 for a part that cost just over $3. Unfortunately it's the only place I could find it, hence the overcharge. Got free shipping, luckily I wasn't in a hurry as it took more than 1 week to get it delivered.

Thanks for your feedback - we appreciate it. While we try to price competitively and we include free shopping on allorders, replacement parts for Mahlkonig grinders can be a tad pricey. We have shared your feedback with our internal team and Mahlkonig. Thanks again and please reach out if there is anything else we can assist with.

Shipping is way too slow
Shipping is way too slow. I called ahead of my order to make sure the item was in stock and ready to ship, I was told it was available and would ship next day. 4 days later the item had not shipped so I had to call them again. Had to wait the entire weekend and they finally shipped it next Monday. I planned on ordering most of my new shop equipment with Voltage but I am having second thoughts after this experience. Other than that, customer service was very prompt and professional, and their items are great quality.

Hi Mateo, Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize we did not meet your expectations. It looks like the grinder took 7 business days to reach you. While this is certainly not what we strive for, it is within the 10 business day timeline for free shipping. Please contact us if you decide to give us another shot and we will work with you to ensure everything goes smoothly. Thanks again, Kelsey

Everything was good from customer…
Everything was good from customer service to picking product to financing. However, the turnaround time to get product is bad. 2.5 weeks or more to get something that was not advertised that the product was out of stock or not in warehouse.

Hello Steven and thanks for your feedback! We apologize for the delay - finance funding does take a few extra days but we'll always do our best to expedite wherever we can. Reach out if there is anything we can do to help - thanks for your purchase!

Product delivered with upside down
First, the product, EK-43, was delivered upside down in the shipping box. I was told that it was because there are a few check points prior to the shipment by one of their customer support persons. I hope this wouldn't be happening to other customers. But the customer support was very quick response to this issue, so I was satisfied with their service so far. So, this is the reason why I gave 3 starts.

Thanks for your feedback! We apologize that the grinder was on it’s head! We always strive for 5-star and will advise our team of the concern. Reach out if there’s anything we can do to help.

Decent company but La Marzocco Linea Mini a bad machine
This is a good company and they're very responsive to questions. Unfortunately, the La Marzocco Linea mini is an overpriced machine disappointing that does not work consistently. We have had it for a few weeks now and we can't pull a consistent shot, ever. We spend time and dial it in with the scale, the tamper and all the other accessories. We think we have the perfect shot and the next one a couple of minutes later comes out awfully slow like the machine has no pressure to get through the coffee even though the same exact grinder setting got us a perfect shot a minute before. So disappointed with our purchase.
Response from Voltage Coffee SupplyApr 2, 2021
We're very sorry that you are experiencing brewing issues with the Linea Mini. They are fantastic machines and we'd be happy to talk through functionality or brewing practice any time! Espresso can be very tricky at times, so let's make sure you have a perfect shot every time! Reach out anytime to discuss, thanks!

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Transaction was easy. The part I ordered unfortunately didn’t work. Return was easy. They even emailed me a return label. Only thing I had a issue with is I was not informed of a restocking fee when I spoke with the person about ordering the part I was advised it would work. ( it didn’t work with my machine) when I spoke with the person about the return they never mentioned a restocking fee. Other than that experience was great.
