Seen many bad reviews, but our experience was okay. We had no problems, only some inconveniences. Volta4U in kefalonia is actually Addcar. We booked via booking.com and it said to call the number. We did but this was the number of Europcar: “yes they need to change the number to theirs but we cannot help you”. Inconvenient, so we called a second number that was there and eventually got to the Addcar place (no sign of Volta4u whatsoever, which was annoying). The guy was not in the best mood. Not at pickup nor at drop off. During pickup we walked in on a semi-angry customer. The car was great and everything went smooth. We have nothing much to complain aside from the annoying pickup treasure hunt.

Horrible el trato recibido en la oficina de Corfú,fueron muy maleducados y claramente no saben trabajar de cara al cliente. Nos entregaron el coche muy sucio, e incluso tuvimos que cambiarlo porque daba asco por dentro y por fuera. Hicimos un vídeo del primer coche pero al estar sucio decidimos cambiarlo y del segundo coche no hicimos video (fallo nuestro). Al devolver el coche nos hicieron responsables de un mini golpe que ya estaba y como no teníamos pruebas nos hicieron pagar 500€ por un arreglo que obviamente no superaba los 100€, con la excusa de que era más caro por los trastornos ocasionados y nos dijeron que nos lo podríamos llevar a otro taller por nuestra cuenta (obviamente volvíamos a España y no era una opción viable). Son unos LADRONES y ESTAFADORES!! No recomendaría esta empresa JAMÁS.

Scam!! I booked a car with a “debit card” and when arrived to Volta4U in Athens I was told that I can’t pick up the car because they needed a “credit card”. !!!!!! I was charged from the debit card though !!!!!!! 58€ in the garbage!!!! Never again with this scammers.

This is the worst company to hire a car they kept our deposit of 700 euros made up some faults in the car I will never use them again they are absolutely thieves!

Non posso mettere zero stelle. Consiglio a tutti di NON prendere la macchina da loro. Avevamo scelto la categoria che comprendeva una macchina tipo Fiat Panda Aircross non c’era. Dicevano di non avere alcuna macchina in quella categoria a disposizione e volevano darci come upgrade una macchina giapponese bassa e scalcinata e che una volta provata aveva una spia gialla accesa del motore che indica un possible grave danno al motore. Abbiamo discusso per almeno un’ora con una addetta polemica, maleducata e passivo aggressiva. Ci siamo impuntati e alla fine abbiamo avuto una macchina decente. Segnalo anche che la copertura assicurativa totale si può fare solo lì da loro e costa praticamente il doppio di quanto segnalato sul sito andando contro a tutte le politiche di trasparenza. Sono davvero poco seri. Stateci lontano.

Exactement comme tous les autres avis. Ils se frottent les mains lorsque des français arrivent car ils savent que nous avons des cartes de dédit et non de crédit. Proposition indécente de me vendre une assurance à 50€ par jour pour une location à 35€ par jour sur un véhicule de catégorie A. Personnel très peu aimable, spécialement un à l'agnce de Santorin, un Monsieur plutôt jeune, fort de corpulence avec les cheveux coupés court sur les côté. Je ne recommande pas du tout mais alors pas du tout ce loueur.

They gave us a broken car with a constantly flashing "check engine" light. The car was filthy and reeked of sweat. Due to the engine problems, it accelerated very poorly. Additionally, there was a huge dent on the rear bumper, which I hope they won't blame on us! On top of everything, the car didn't even have CarPlay. In conclusion, they handed us a broken, non-functioning piece of metal. And it's been exactly a month since we returned the car, but we still haven't received our deposit back. I read reviews about this company on Trustpilot, and many people are complaining about the same issue. This company only returns the money after a dispute is opened on Booking
