Old faulty dirty cars. After breakdown waited 2.75 days for replacement. No apology or refund. Did receive a claim for 924 euro for a scratch on the rear fender. Seems to be their money making model, rent old at cheap rates and earn on damage cliams.

Volta nous a refusé notre carte de débit alors qu'il n'y a aucune obligation d'avoir une carte de credit en Grèce. Par contre en nous obligeant à prendre une assurance qui coutait 2 fois le prix de la location, miracle volta a accepté notre carte de débit ! ils ne sont pas corrects. A éviter

Very pleased with whole experience - the staff were great and very helpful. The car was very clean and tidy and was a pleasure to drive.

Très mauvaise expérience avec ce loueur. Nous avions une réservation confirmée et avons simplement demandé à modifier le conducteur du véhicule. Au lieu de nous proposer une solution raisonnable, le loueur a refusé catégoriquement de procéder au changement et a finalement annulé notre réservation. Le plus incompréhensible est qu’après cette annulation, on nous a demandé de payer davantage pour pouvoir reprendre une nouvelle réservation, alors que la réservation initiale était pourtant confirmée. Nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment d’être placés devant le fait accompli et poussés à payer beaucoup plus cher pour une situation qui aurait pu être réglée très simplement. Cette façon de procéder est, à nos yeux, commercialement malhonnête et particulièrement décevante. Nous déconseillons vivement ce loueur et invitons les futurs clients à bien vérifier les conditions avant de réserver.

Unfortunately, we also had a bad experience with Volta4U. There was a booking mismatch, which was our mistake, but they refused to make a new booking on the spot, even though we were willing to pay a penalty. Instead, they kept the entire amount we had already paid and did not give us the car. They simply blamed Booking and said there was no other option. What felt especially shady was that they immediately wanted to call another rental company and offered us their “alternative”, claiming we wouldn’t find a car elsewhere as quickly or cheaply. The whole situation left us with the impression that they were taking advantage of the situation. Be careful and consider paying a little more for a reputable, professional car rental company. Its worth it!

I rented a car from Volta4u outside the Mykonos airport, for 2 days. I returned the car with a minor, superficial scratch which the employ missed it when inspecting the car at return. I felt the right thing was to report it and .....EURO 300 later I left the island with a bitter feeling. Not because of the island but this company and their action. Important to mention that the daily rate was EURO 30 so now I understand how they make their profit. It is important to mention that the scratch was of the type that it disappears with a soft rub and a cream. Never again Volta4u. I asked them to send me a copy of the body shop invoice. Haven't received anything yet.

Un desastre. Alquilamos un coche con esta compañia. Al dejar estacionado el coche fuera del hotel algun vehiculo nos hizo un arañazo en el coche. Para sorpresa, ellos no se hacian responsables de los daños que le puedan pasar al coche mientras lo tengo yo alquilado. Es decir, pague 150€ del coche, 40€ mas por cogerlo a partir de las 23 de la noche y además los 320€ que ellos me cobraron por un rasguño en el coche que NO HICIMOS NOSOTROS. Me parece lamentable. 0 recomendado
