I can not even connect my modem to the internet, when I spoke with one of the customer service and they can't help me.

Sorry to hear it took a long time to get your number ported. We average 5 business days to port a number. It appears your previous carrier required some additional documentation that delayed the process. I hope everything is working for you now and I do see the team applied a 22 day credit to compensate for the delays. If there is anything else we can do please reach out!

The company provides before signing, a way to check if the number(s) you will be calling the most are included in the plan. We call Spain. We have two important numbers: one landline and one mobile. Both checked numbers indicated no cost (included within the plan). After setting the system, after some struggle calling, I managed to call, and I got the message: 11 cts./min., both numbers. I called customer service, and they confirmed that those rates are correct!... We are canceling before the 30 days. Going back to VONAGE! (BTW, the call quality was not great!)
