Signed on Voiply in July. For residential phone. During the porting process, my internet mysteriously was canceled. Signed on for Voiply internet. It's now September 1st, and so far no phone, 1 hour of internet. This company sucks. Do NOT waste your time or money dealing with these incompetent fools Customer service is a runaround tactic. Excuses and delays, and playing hell to get this service cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

Voiply has charged me 89% tax on my subscription. That is insane and when I asked for explanations, they simply said it's collected by government and they have no control. I am yet to find out which state or country charge this much tax? Worst customer service and they never got back to me to clarify this massive tax that collected which is illegal.

No one works there! Can't get in touch with sales or support. There's only AI receptionists. STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!!!

Do you trust paid reviews? I do not. "I'd love to offer you a $5 Amazon gift card to write a review and share your experience with others." (Email from Voiply) I tried at least six times to get a hold of an agent to address my issue. Unsuccessful every time because AI intervenes. I was finally able to get through at 12:00 a.m. Eastern time.

Have had problems for over a week and all I get to talk to is AI. Nothing has been done to fix the problem of not being able to send or receive phone calls. Many hours of wasted time with your 'technicians' -aka- AI without the issue being rectified. Was told to wait, wait, wait, do this do that repetitive times, and no call backs when I was told they would have someone contact me. This has been going on and on. I need a company that cares about customer service and quality. I am copying this message to post on reviews. I am sorely disappointed with Voiply. I really liked the service until I did not.

They dont serve you with a live person, and the system doesn't understand my problems.

Their service never works but at least they offered 24/7 support - but now they continue to offer that while giving you an AI to talk to that only offers to break your account and asks, "Are you still there?" and says "You're welcome." They promise a callback but you get none. This is an outright scam.

I have had VOIPLY service fo for 7 years and cancelled this year due to increasing costs and terrible serive. Even after cancelling they tried to bill my cc for another year. fortunately i had this blocked whne I cancelled? These are unscrupulous people running this company > Steer clear
