Franz, who helped me set up the Opal router was incredibly helpful. I could not have set it up on my own, even with step-by-step instructions and how-to videos. Voiply speaks PC not Mac. Almost everyone I've visited with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable,

Affordability and ease of instalation

So far happy with Voiply, the best phone reps I have ever dealt with. Did everything they said they would to get me up & running.

Purchase and installation were easy, transferring old phone number a little confusing.

I do not like the fact that if more than 10 digits are entered it is assumed to be an international number. In fact, I will probably find another company because of it. With today's voice systems it is not unusual to have to reply to several prompts by selecting numbers on the dial pad when contacting a company. Those additional numbers are automatically added to the phone number by me phone, When I attempt to redial such a number Voiply assumes it is an international phone number and charges me for the call. I did not have that with Vonage and it may well be a deal breaker

As a new customer, I am pleasantly surprised at the ease with which I was able to connect the adapter and use the phone line. Voiply agents have been very helpful and professional whenever I have had to contact them.

I'm 95% satisfied with the setup but the one problem I encountered was with the adapter connectivity and the fact that the only way I can get a replacement is to return the entire setup. I feel that is quite unnecessary and I was told I could go out and buy another adapter and get a refund. That's a bit of an inconvenience so I'm just hoping the connectivity will retain the continuity and I won't have to get another. Also, I think its absurd that AT&T would provide Voiply with a phone with their logo yet they would not provide the same phone through their company....absurd....which required me to get a different carrier.
