VoicenotesReviews of voicenotes.com

Using Voice Notes since almost 1 year, I can tell, it's a very useful and versatile tool that offers a range of practical features for organizing and retrieving information. The integration with Ask.ai is a standout, making it effortless to search through notes. For example, simply dictating the storage location of often misplaced items allows me to find them again in 90% of cases—saving me a lot of time and effort. The custom prompts feature is also helpful, especially with the ability to automatically attach them to notes via tags. While the output from prompts currently needs to be copied manually into a new note, and subnotes aren’t available in the mobile app, these are minor limitations compared to the overall value the app provides. The idea of having the original script always accessible and being able to set one prompt output as the main note would make the experience even better, but as it stands, Voice Notes already delivers real productivity benefits.

Just works perfectly : web, android, obsidian sync. what a wonderful world. You make an integration to kMeet and I'm a fan for life!

The app is easy to use and makes organising meeting notes very easy. I reached out to the support team with a question about daily recording limit and the replied promptly and friendly with a solution. I have already recommended the app to several colleagues. I have meetings with people from all over the world, with some very strong regional accents, and the app has no problem transcribing these. The only improvement to the service I could suggest is to be able to create folders to organise notes into, especially useful if you are dealing with multiple projects at once.

Practical advice, and their solution worked a treat

Voicenotes is an incredibly useful app, and I can't live without it now. I even bought a DJI Mic2 as a voice recorder to capture my thoughts while I'm reading on my Kindle, then upload them in batches to Voicenotes.

I've been using voice notes for almost a year. I have around 700 notes. It became my go-to capture tool. I realized that my short thoughts are bigger, more interesting and complex, when dictated instead of written, because of the lack of friction.

I use Voicenotes every day to quickly and easily store notes. What I love most is being able to record ideas on the go and then chat with those notes to develop them further. It feels like having a personal assistant always available. The technical support is also excellent: they responded quickly when I had a question and it’s clear they’re truly committed to continuously improving the app. Highly recommended!
