Scammers
No response to customer service emails. No shipping info provided after initial order. Never received any records. Cancelled credit card to avoid any further charges. Stay away.

VYNL IS A SCAM
This company is a scam. I ordered my record a month ago and have not yet received it. They haven’t even sent me an email saying it was shipped! They also already charged me for it, so I asked for a dispute from my bank. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company. I tried cancelling my subscription by calling and within a minute, they said no one could come to the phone and said to leave a message. I emailed them about a week ago and still no response. They have horrible customer service. I literally had to cancel my debit card so they don’t charge me again.

VNYL IS A SCAM
Scam company, they sent one month and continued to charge without ever sending another record. They refuse to respond to customer service requests both on their bogus phone number and Instagram. Stay far away.

rudest "company"
they literally stole my money. STAY AWAYYYYYYY it sounds cool but it is a scam and you will never get anyone on the phone or to answer your email

SCAM
SCAM! They will take your money quickly, then continue to charge your credit cared even after cancelling. This is not a business model, it is a fraudulent crime model. Oh, and they don't ship any product.

Customer service does not exist at VNYL
Ordered two LP's on March 10. One week later I sent an email regarding my order when it ships. Still no answer. Three days ago I commented on their Instagram page asking if they could contact me. They blatantly deleted my comment. Proof that they avoid customer contact.

Very bad experience!
VNYL doesn't respond to my emails and calls and they still have never sent my LP!! Don't order from these thieves!

The "curated" selection is not that
The "curated" selection is not that. I spent quite a long time compiling my taste in music so that I would receive albums that I would love and so far I am very disappointed. After three months of vinyl for both myself and my son, we may have gotten one album out of 18 that we like. Also, they charged my credit card twice without authorization - I have two gift subscriptions and there is no need for ANY charges to have been made on my credit card. I would NOT recommend this company.
