This company is garbage. I’ve been charged 4 times and only 1 time did I receive something. They refuse to answer their phones and emails, and when I tried to cancel, it wasn’t even an option on the website! None of my card info pops up when I log in. Just my name. I’m going to call my bank and have them lock out this company so I won’t be charged any longer.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I have paid for three months of this service and have recieved nothing. Two phone calls, 5 emails, and 2 instagram messages have gone unanswered. DO NOT give this company your money!!! Like many others, I had to cancel my card to avoid getting charged by these scammers again. If you manage to get through their terrible website and twisted terms of service, you'll find that you will get absolutely NOTHING out of this company. EDIT 7/17/2020: After four months of waiting, I finally recieved the vinyls I paid for. This was after several messages, emails, and phone calls. I will say that the records I recieved are very well curated to my taste, which makes me sad that VNYL is so unreliable and bad at communication with their customers. I will consider revisiting in the far future, if they even survive that long...

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an expense profile listing all the bands and kind of music I like and all they did was sending me junk. I am done with this people

they charge me 5 months and i recieved only one box with a lot of delay. Stay away from VNYL and look for the vibes in the vintage market is better

Seemingly fraudulent company with unresponsive customer service and a deliberately confusing website. would not recommend.

I have been waiting over a month for my first order to ship. They just charged me for a second order. They have no responded to emails. I am afraid this is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews as well. I guess I am going to have to go to my bank and dispute the charges

They double charge you, then don't respond to messages or emails at all. Save your money and stay away from this couple.

so awful. first of all, the website is difficult to navigate. i subscribed in may and picked a "vibe", was charged, and the product never even shipped. they charged me again in june. to pause your plan you HAVE to call or email and no one has ever picked up the phone. they take very long to respond to emails, if they ever do. honestly dont know how theyre even still a business. i regret not looking at reviews before subscribing
