This is a scam. They take forever to ship. They auto-charge and do not deliver the items promised. Stay Away.

I bought a 3 month subscription for a birthday present in June. She has yet to receive one record.

I bought the 3-vinyl subscription. My first month, I only received 2 records. I asked where the third was and if they could send the record I was supposed to get. They said no, they could credit me $14 and pick a different record in their store and they’d send it with the next month’s delivery. The next delivery came and the record was not included. I emailed about it. No response. When it didn’t arrive the next month, I called, cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund. Dealing with this company was really frustrating and they seemed unorganized. I was also only refunded the portion of the record not covered by the credit. The credit was because they didn’t fulfill my subscription box. They technically owe me $14. So annoying.

First of all, they take forever to ship your vinyl. My first order was placed on July 3rd and didn't even ship until August 14th. I emailed and them and they just consistently blame warehouse issues. Maybe you should give your customers notice then instead of leaving them in the dark for a month? And as for the vinyl they sent me, it wasn't my music taste at all. I said that I like modern indie/synth-pop and lofi music that was lyrically deep. They sent me a 90's throwback alt-rock/punk LP that is self-described as "cheeky and playful." Not knocking the style of music, to each their own but it's like they read my preferences and ran in the opposite direction.

I have the 1 year subscription and even after multiple attempts at contacting and working with their customer service team have still not received 4 separate orders dating over 4 months from them. No matter how good the records could be, I never get them. At this point I’m considering it theft.

Get billed every month and never receive anything. 3 billing cycles and "vibe" selections later, nothing even scheduled to ship.

Signed up in May and it is August and nothing has been shipped. Their only responses are that my collection is being curated and will ship out soon.

SCAM!!! Would give negative stars if I could!! I've been paying for this since March and as of today August 2, I have received NOTHING. Customer service has done less than zero. Just respond with emails saying "Sorry. We'll expedite your order." Even calling accomplished nothing except "someone will email you in 24-48 hours." Just buy albums on Amazon! This is a COMPLETE scam!!!!!!!
