"Awesome product with great service!" Lester S CBRE Walmart Account :-)

The experience has been very good, we have received excellent attention, and very quit responses, the agent have guided us to choose the product that meets our needs, providing specs and information about the products. Thank you very much.

Easy online ordering process

I had a problem with a lock. Customer service is amazing, very responsive. Will absolutely do business with them again. Thank you!

We had a problem with ADA locks we had ordered a few years back. They were constantly breaking, jamming. We reached out to Ana and she was very accepting of our plight. Even though they were 2 years old she offered to send us the parts for free to try and fix them or a discount if we ordered all new locks. We chose the latter as we felt this was the better choice. The new locks are supposed to be better and stronger......time will tell but at least Ana attempted to make it right. Thank you Ana!

ana was awesome. Made the whole transaction easy

This is not a heavy duty commercial lock. Breaks very easily. We see these locks installed in commercial applications and they last about 3-4 months before breaking. The only reason we are purchasing is because our customer insists on an exact replacement.
