Completely painless experience from beginning to end. Tony was wonderful and helped tremendously. Helped is an understatement, he basically did the order for me and I gave a CC#.

Your product is well peculiarly well engineered. Anticipating mobility issues we decided to renovate shower bathroom area. I worked on the floor plan for many hours before concluding we needed a sliding door. I rode the internet exhaustively looking for the ideal door knob. After hours I thought I had ordered left handed knob and right after credit card info entered I realized I had ordered RH door. So, I reached out and quickly was advised the correction had been made before product was mailed from NY to Oklahoma. Whew! Then, I showed what I had ordered to the contractor and he pointed out why we needed a different style knob (recessed). Oh, rats! I reluctantly called a second time (still after hours) to cancel the order. I felt so badly I insisted on sending a reasonable restocking fee as I had twice interrupted operations. Vizilok immediately emailed a reassuring note that my twice corrected order was cancelled and that no charge would be taken from my card. More impressively, Vizilok graciously and generously refused my offer to send interruption fee. When I read about the company background I became impressed with the intensity of engineering and admirable team spirit. I wish I could have worked in your product to my project. Vizilok has my heartfelt admiration.

I had called last month and the gentleman we spoke with was very professional and helpful. Went to the site to order today and Ana helped me. Ana was very prompt and professional too. Easy breezy shopping.
