Recently I bought my first pair of hearing aids from Vivtone. Upon receiving them, with expected time to get used to them, I found that one of them had a constant quiet “hissing “ sound. I followed the instructions to correct but nothing helped. I contacted the company and CINDY had me try a couple other things. Nothing corrected the issue so Cindy submitted me fo a replacement hearing aid. It arrived in a couple business days and now both works well. It impressed me how courteous and helpful Cindy was in representing Vivtone. It was refreshing in today’s business world. I have recommended Vivtone to a friend and would buy through this company again based on the Integrity Cindy represented through customer service and support! She was a blessing! David W.

I received my Vivtone mind's a few days ago and I'm delighted with them. They have improved my hearing so that the tv is set to normal volume. After setup they require no adjustment and they are quiet! I wear then all day with no fatigue, you just forget you're wearing them. These hearing aid appear well made came at a modest price. I am well pleased and highly recommended them

After some confusion, Cindy took care of everything and now I can charge my heareing aids again.
