I had tried 4 other types of hearing aids, three inexpensive and one expensive. They all had problems and stopped working after 2-3 months (one actually arrived broken). The Vivtone, after some tricky positioning in the ear - they are very sensitive and will produce feedback if not placed properly - I now have great hearing aids and can hear better (not just louder, but also clearer). Patience paid off. And Custoner service was fast and understanding.

Worked fine right out of the box.

The Vivtone Super Mini B hearing aids are truly excellent for their very low price--actually, they would be excellent for any price. They are clear and easy to use, and they have different settings for different levels of hearing loss. I have significant loss, and yet I can use the lowest setting, but I'm sure someone with great hearing loss could use the highest setting, where every sound comes through very well. In spite of their efficiency, the hearing aids are almost invisible. The charger also works very well. One last point--customer service is fantastic. Thank you to Vivtone!

The hearing aids are working perfectly. Customer Service is exceptional and response is amazingly quick. DON'T change it. Gary

I love these hearing aids! They have worked flawlessly! I sent more than three times more earlier on a set that was problematic, The app works great and I really like the hearing test and auto adjust feature. I have had these for more that a year. I would buy them again if needed.

I wasn't sure about hearing aids but I'm so happy I can hear and it didn't cost a small fortune.
