Full Refund is falsely claimed
They offer a risk free 45 day trial with a full refund. When I returned the product they deducted $10 because the packing was creased and $15 because the ear buds were used. How can you offer a 45 day trial and not expect the packaging to be open and the products used I sent everything back in the original packaging including the little bag the product was in and twist tie for the cord!

Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the hearing aides and they were delivered. They had too much echo and I wasn’t happy with them. I contacted them and they made me pay for shipping them back. They received the package on December 9th and I’m still for my refund. Today I was in I wasn’t getting the entire amount back. They are absolutely horrible. I had to jump through hoops pay for shipping then not be given my entire money back. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.
