First time I have purchased a hearing aid and the entire process has been perfect. Although I thought the Supermini-b units would be great, I had an issue adjusting the sound volume, etc. due to my fat fingers. I contacted support and Cindy took care of me and got me set up for a Bluetooth model that I could make settings changes on my phone. This company is great and I would recommend them to anyone with less than perfect hearing. We may get older but it is refreshing to find a company that cares about helping its customers in this new phase of their lives! Doug J

The xpur work very well. U like them. They function well with several adjustable features.

The initial set of hearing aids were more than I need. When I let them know I was going to return them Vivtone offered a free upgrade to their Xpure model which is working well for me. In addition, I don't have to return the original product. I really appreciate the customer service.

I’ve only had mine a few days. But it sure has made me realize how bad my hearing was.

I lost one of the ear buds after more than a year of use. I liked them so much, I ordered another pair. They work great and the company has excellent customer service.
