I'm so thankful to Vivtone, I had the hearing aids in my cart but I just didn't know if I could afford them :( a couple of days later, I got a phone call asking if I still wanted the hearing aids, I explained, I dont just want them, I need them She said, we would like to give you a 25% discount I am 65 years old on social security, I was able to get my hearing aids because of the kindness of Vivtone :) I feel blessed, thanks to Vivtone I can hear again These are so easy to use and I am so happy of how they work, everyone around me is happy to Thank you so much for your kindness ♡

The product, quality and price of the Vivtone Xpure far exceeds the other hearing aids I have tried. I also appreciate the easy access to customer service for any questions and concerns.

As a first time user I was able to use the aids immediately. I did need to optimize them. The app installed immediately and blue tooth worked.

With the introduction of OTC hearing aids, the experience of restoring one's hearing has become an unpleasant experience. Audiologist are up selling useless features and on-line sellers are often misrepresenting their product's capabilities. I took a chance and purchased a set of Vivtone Xpure hearing aids and I am amazed at their ease of set up and control via my smartphone and I am blown away by their performance compared to my original $4,000 prescription hearing aids. And, I must add that their customer service is outstanding. They responded in less than 24 hours with an accurate assessment of my problem and offered a simple fix (replacement of wax guard with the tool provided with the hearing aids) and thoughtfully followed up with me to make sure that the problem was solved. I highly recommend Vivtone.

I had a pair of the mini hearing aids but I lost one. So I ordered a new pair because the first ones were great! Easy to use and really let me hear clearly again.

The communication with staff has been great and I am still going through the product. Quality seems good, but I have yet to really get started using it. The price is reasonable.
