I didn't have the best experience ordering something here. Granted, it wasn't entirely VIVO's fault. However, I do feel like VIVO could have done more to soften the blow. I ordered a desk through here and only got the desk top. The other half of the shipment never showed up. VIVO tried to work with Fedex to get it to me but it never ended up coming. After several emails telling me that the 2nd half of the shipment was getting delayed, I finally had to tell VIVO to cancel the order. I've been in need of a desk for 2 weeks now and am going to have to figure something out. VIVO refunded me for half of the product and told me that I could get the other half as soon as I send back the massive desk top... If you really want your customers to not be left with a bad taste in their mouth, try working with Fedex to come and pick up the desk top rather than putting it back on your customer...right now I'm still out 150 bucks, I have no desk, and now I have to figure out how to get this massive desk top back to get the rest of my money back. Not a great experience overall and as of right now, I wouldn't recommend VIVO. I hope that will change someday.
