Disappointed With the Design, Quality, and Customer Support
I would not recommend this DESK-KIT-E2B-P3B desk.
The biggest problem is the three-piece desktop design. There are too many brackets and support bars underneath holding the three pieces together. This makes it very difficult to install a drawer because the brackets and bars block the space where the drawer needs to go.
I originally purchased a drawer that didn't work with this desk, so I returned it and bought the drawer VIVO recommended. Unfortunately, the recommended drawer still does not work properly because the support bars underneath interfere with the installation and prevent the drawer from opening correctly.
What is even more frustrating is that returning it may require paying a restocking fee. I don't think customers should have to pay a restocking fee when the compatibility information or recommendation provided for the drawer was not accurate.
I'm also disappointed with the quality of the desktop material. When installing screws, the wood/particle board can easily chip or peel around the screw holes, so you have to be extremely careful.
Overall, I regret choosing the three-piece desktop. My recommendation to other buyers is to skip this model and choose a VIVO desk with a ONE-PIECE desktop instead. It will likely be cleaner, simpler to assemble, and much easier if you plan to add an under-desk drawer.

I rarely leave a review this negative
I rarely leave a review this negative, but after my experience with my DeskCycle 2 and VIVO customer service, I feel other potential customers should know what happened.
I purchased my DeskCycle 2 in May, so it is only a few months old. I did considerable research before choosing this product because DeskCycle consistently appeared at or near the top of recommendations for under-desk pedal exercisers. One of the features that particularly appealed to me was that it is advertised as being “whisper quiet.”
Initially, I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, after only a few months of normal use, it developed a loud clicking/popping noise that eventually occurred with virtually every rotation of the pedals.
I contacted VIVO/DeskCycle customer support and sent them a video demonstrating the problem. Their response was to send me a detailed, illustrated repair procedure explaining how to disassemble portions of the DeskCycle and make adjustments to the pedal/bearing assembly to address this type of noise. The fact that such a detailed repair procedure already exists for this particular problem speaks for itself.
I followed their instructions and actually performed the repair myself. I was able to reduce the original bearing noise considerably, but the problem has still not been satisfactorily resolved. I find it unreasonable that I should have to disassemble and make mechanical adjustments to a product that is only a few months old just to get it to operate quietly again.
At that point, I expected VIVO/DeskCycle to stand behind its product and provide warranty assistance. Instead, I was told that because I purchased the DeskCycle through AliExpress, they would not provide warranty service and that I needed to go back to AliExpress.
AliExpress’s return period has already expired, and I was directed back toward the manufacturer for a warranty issue. So I ended up in the classic situation where the retailer points to the manufacturer and the manufacturer points back to the retailer, leaving the customer stuck in the middle with a nearly new product that developed a mechanical problem.
I then called VIVO/DeskCycle directly and explained the entire situation again. I told the representative that the unit was only a few months old, that I had already provided a video, that their own customer-service department had sent me the repair instructions, and that I had actually performed their recommended repair myself.
I want to be fair and say that the representative I spoke with was polite. However, she would not do anything to resolve the problem. I asked to have the matter escalated to a supervisor, and the answer remained essentially the same: because I purchased the product through AliExpress, VIVO would not provide warranty assistance.
That is what I find most disappointing.
Any manufactured product can occasionally develop a problem. I don’t judge a company simply because something breaks. I judge a company by what it does after something goes wrong.
In this case, I contacted VIVO, supplied video evidence, followed their detailed repair instructions, spent my own time working on a nearly new product, contacted them again by email, called them directly, and requested escalation to a supervisor. After all of that, they still refused to resolve the problem.
I researched this purchase extensively because DeskCycle had such a good reputation. Had I known that this was how a warranty problem with a nearly new DeskCycle could be handled, I would have purchased a different brand.
I am now left pursuing the matter through AliExpress and my credit-card company because I was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution directly from VIVO/DeskCycle.
Based on both the mechanical problem and, more importantly, the way the company handled it, I cannot recommend VIVO/DeskCycle and personally would not purchase another one of their products.
“Whisper quiet” is a great selling point. Standing behind your product when it stops being whisper quiet would be even better.

Do not trust VIVO or their products
Do not trust VIVO or their products
Buy from VIVO if you want 1 following 2:
1. Your monitor smashed into the table
2. You want your money back (excluding transportation) without the possibility of replacement
July 5th 2024 I purchased this "premium" stand rated for 44 lbs. Last friday it smashed my expensive 33 lbs, 49 inch montitor into the table with a huge bang. I followed all instructions for adjustments and setup.
In 5 emails with 5 different people at VIVO support, they gave conflicting information. First, they said they would send me a "more premium" stand without me having to return the defect arm (I have this in writing). I live in Denmark, so no point in wasting money sending trash back. Now they are telling me that my only option is a refund through Amazon and telling me that I can buy another arm from them myself and pay freight (again) myself.

We do not recommend this company
We do not recommend this company. We have purchased 3 desks in total. The first one came with a damaged motor piece (shipping box was not damaged). The second one came fine. So we took a chance on the third. They sent the wrong desktops for it. Each time there has been an issue, Vivo sort of makes attempts to fix it. We couldn't reach them by phone more than once and we wished to resolve this all in one phone call rather than numerous back and forth messages. They offered to let us keep the wrong desktops for a $30 refund. The desk was worth $500 (we got it on sale for $425). We declined that. They later offered us an additional refund, we also declined. They said they would overnight the correct desktops. They did not arrive overnighted. They also scheduled a pick up for the incorrect desktops, which we appreciated. However they scheduled the pickup for BEFORE the correct desktops arrived and we were very uncomfortable with that. We didn't want to get stuck with half a desk. We asked them to change it and they declined so we had to make numerous calls over several days to help get this resolved directly with Fed Ex. Fed Ex appreciated our efforts but it was frustrating that we had to do this and the company refused. We didn't really want much, an undamaged desk with the correct colors we ordered. Seemed simple. The corrected desktops were received but there is a corner that is damaged (not by us). We are just very disappointed.
This company's response (now what has it been? 2 years later?) is very typical of our experiences with them. They seemed to have good replies to issues/reviews which is why we went ahead and purchased, and the desks were great WHEN they came with all the parts and in good condition which was 1 time out of 3. To get to that point where we got everything we needed was not okay and this response they have shared seems like they want to do all the right things. The actual experience of that and trying to get the help we needed was very different for us. In this review, I have only explained a small portion of just how bad this experience was for us. I wish they would make changes to represent themselves better in reality vs just what we read here. They mention they wished we'd reached out with the damaged desktops and we did let them know about that.
Response from VIVO-usJul 29, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry that your third purchase, and the service surrounding it, did not meet the standard you expected or that we strive to provide.
We understand how frustrating it is to receive damaged or incorrect parts, especially after giving us multiple opportunities to earn your trust. We also recognize that the repeated back-and-forth communication, difficulty reaching us by phone, and the timing of the return pickup added unnecessary stress to what should have been a straightforward replacement process.
While we did our best to provide options and expedite the replacement, it's clear that the overall experience fell short. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify where we need to improve our shipping, communication, and replacement processes.
We're also sorry to hear that the replacement desktop arrived damaged. That is not acceptable, and we wish you had contacted us to resolve this.
We appreciate your business and are genuinely sorry for the disappointment you've experienced.
We take product quality and customer service seriously, and feedback like yours has helped us continue improving our fulfillment and support processes.

Defected motorized tv mount
I purchased a motorized tv mount a d it was defected.
I was sent out another one it also didn't work. It constantly seeped and did not fold. Then I received the remote for the mount thinking it would solve the problem it still does not work. This is utterly ridiculous. I mount still constantly beeps and does not fold. I have paid a professional over $300 to come out twice to mount the mount. I do not understand how you are selling a mount that does not work..!
