Vivipins.comReviews of vivipins.com

Great experience and helped to get it just right! Always prompt and fast turnaround.

I cannot recommend Vivipins enough, especially for fellow entrepreneurs just starting out. I’ll admit, I made a few rookie mistakes with my initial order specs and was honestly panicking about the outcome. However, their team was incredibly gracious and flexible. Instead of just printing what I sent, they worked closely with me to fix the issues and ensured the final patches were absolutely perfect. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about your success as much as their own product. I’m a customer for life now!

The customer service has been wonderful. They have been super helpful with any questions that I had throughout the process.

This company had great prices and were very communicative.

I am highly impressed with the quality of their products and the level of customer service provided. The team collaborates closely with clients to ensure all specifications are met and guides them through the entire process, guaranteeing the delivery of the optimal product solution.

We had a rerun of our coins. After the first round of coins being so success in our community, we end up getting another round made. Vivipin still had the molds from the first time time and they reused them and waived to mold fee. Second round looked just as good as the first round.

This is our 4th order for enamel pins, and each order has been fantastic. The customer service is really great--especially Chaynee! We love doing business with them and will continue!

Very easy to design a fully custom ball marker. The design tool was very user friendly. Production and Shipping did not take as long as I thought.
