I have purchased from Vivipins at least six times. Custom-made pins and custom-made patches. I’ve been extremely happy with the experience and quality on every occasion. The one occasion where I was not 100% satisfied with the product, Vivipins immediately worked with me to correct the issue, address my concerns and deliver a product that I am happy with. I’ve recommended Vivipins to several of my friends who have also ordered from them and have been happy with the product they received. I will continue to recommend Vivipins.

Ordered pins for a one-time event so timing was crucial and we paid extra for guaranteed delivery. Company went quiet once production started and didn't reply to messages and calls for over a week. The deadline came and went, so on the eve of a conference for several hundred people I was stressing about trying to track down missing pins. Even once I raised the issue, expedited shipping or some other heroic effort probably could have saved this, but they didn't even try. Even after all that, they tried to keep our money and we had to go through the dispute process with our card issuer.
