The salesman Oliver was very helpful and knowledgeable. If he didnt know the answer to a question he researched it and got back to me. He wasnt aggressive or pushy so a very nice experience. The installation went smoothly and was completed in one day.the only thing that could be done a little better was the confirmation relative to the job start time, confirmed the day before for 8:00- 11:00, confirmed by text for 7-11. Otherwise a great experience.

Mr. Scott Coombs, VIVINT's BEST!
Mr. Scott Coombs was prompt in immediately contacting us after appt w/son-in-law. He was most gracious, informative, & sincere. It was easy to follow his informative presentation, program description. Above all, he was patient with my inquiries, attributed to his kind, caring & professionalism. VIVINT is most fortunate to have Mr. Scott, an invaluable, definite asset to their company.
