The workers were very efficient, they taped off the area and went right to work. There was no fooling around they were done by 2. They'll did leave a little bit of a mess but I expect that. Now all I have to do is wait for Duke to come out and do their assessment turn it on turn the meter over and then we will see what happens with my electric bill

I couldn’t be happier with Vivint. My agent Sultan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast to respond to concerns. The install went amazingly. Installed to my desires, and done in only a few hours. Exceeded all expectations, and I was pretty critical throughout the process.

We had a Vivint Solar Sales Rep walking door to door on a Thursday 9/20/18 in the city San Bernardino, Calif. He was very informative on today's costs of home electric energy consumption and of methods to reduce those costs. He told my wife and I that he could get us more information by Saturday and he would present different Solar packages to see what we would best fit our budget. He asked to see an electric bill and asked my wife sign an IPAD to allow him to see the Electric bill information online. Later that night I went online just to check Vivint Solar out and found many recent 2018 complaints of different reasons. I did not feel comfortable with continuing with getting anymore information from Vivent so I called the Rep on next morning Friday 11am and told him that we decided to not go further with getting any more information, Thank you. On Saturday we found out from our Karma account that Vivint ran a Hard Line Credit report on us. Not at anytime did he say he was going to run a Credit Report on us and neither did we even talk about or approve. I find this method both Illegal and Unethical in any type of interaction from Company to Consumer. Jeff from San Bernardino, Ca.

From the very start we had a Vivint Solar Panel Representative come to our home. He was very knowledgeable about the best way to set up the plan for the installation of the solar panels with a sketch of the way to go green. I highly recommend Vivint Solar to anyone looking for a long time way to save money and energy . Thank You Vivint Solar and the representative .

Vivint is the absolute worst company we have ever dealt with.!!! They refuse to take responsibility in fixing the issues in a timely manner. All they want is your money. We had panels installed and apparently one of the legs of the panels was not properly installed/covered, which allowed water to seep in. The leakage became noticeable to us as we saw water begin to come through our window and into our walls. We took a look at our roof to assess if it was a shingle that needed to be replaced and found out it was a panel leg was not properly covered. A repair man came out to assess the issues and confirmed it was improperly installed. An estimate was made and we were, or so we thought, on our way to getting our roof and window repaired. THIS WAS JUNE 2017!!! We have had several dates (approx 5Xs) scheduled, no one showed up, no phone call to inform us of any rescheduling, NOTHING. We have been home on the days we are supposed to have someone come out and spoke to many people at the company to have someone finally come out, but NOTHING. We are constantly getting a date further and further out... THE WATER DAMAGE HAS REACHED TO OUR SECOND FLOOR CEILING AND WATER IS POOLING IN OUR LIGHT FIXTURE. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. We have tried to be patient and courteous, but after 4 months of no progress we have to result to contacting our home insurance to assist in the matter.

I gave one star because I couldn't rate lower! I have been dealing with Vivint for over a year now with a system that has had more down time than it's been working. This is before we had the issue of extended paperwork delays, installation techs fist fighting in my driveway, and all of the trash that they left behind. Save yourself time and frustration..., go with another solar company!
