We have been very pleased with the…
We have been very pleased with the service, work and overall experience. The panels and electrical service was all completed yesterday. We are now in the inspection phase process and waiting for the utility company. Very good service and efficiency.

It was a pleasant experience
It was a pleasant experience. My sales person William explained everything in detail to me. He was very helpful and was even willing to help me trim up a bush. But I managed to do that myself. The insulation crew a professional and were very communicative. So far my experience has been a pleasant one !

I am currently satisfied with the ease…
I am currently satisfied with the ease and promptness of service. Looking forward to system being online and producing solar powered electricity. Then I would increase rating to 4.5 stars.

How bad customer service..!
How bad customer service, Never respond if you want any reschedule... How people gave 5 star?? Its crazy...last 4 weeks i am trying to reach these people to resolve my issue... Long wait and hold after disconnects,.. Hope you will respond soon.. How about more than a 4 hour hold and its last 2 weeks...! No surprise!!! After days reply no calls yet.. Simply responding and never got a call back..! A week ago replied but never got any calls nor fixed my issue, useless customer service. After long fight they came and fixed the issue, but they damaged my new roof and gutters.
