I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this company. But I had nothing but the best customer service from them. Any issue I had with an order was answered promptly and corrected. They also sent me some free products which I really appreciated. Will definitely continue to order from them!!!

The products are top notch the customer service is above and beyond and the response time when you have any questions is less than a day what more can you ask for great company I highly recommend.

I placed my order June 10th and it's coming on June 14th. I feel like the bad reviews on here are from people who used standard shipping and think their order will come ASAP. The first time I ever ordered they took a week. This 2nd time around took only 4 days, the delivery time ranges, this should be expected with standard shipping. Overall great experiences with them so far and will continue to buy! :)

I've been using Vivimu for close to 3 years. In that time I've only ever recieved one late package. It was 2-3 days late. BUT they were extremely upfront with me, and let me know they were short staffed. To make up such a minor problem, gave me a 40% discount, and refunded my shipping cost. Haters are going to hate, but I wouldn't let it sway my decision to continue using Vivimu.

Wonderful people there that are helpful when you need to contact them, products are one of the best 'bang for your buck' as well as safe and pure products! Good reason I've been using their site for almost 2 years!

I recently had an issue with an order from Vivimu, but after contacting support and explaining it in detail, they proceeded to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. Issues happen with any company, but what makes a difference is how they resolve it and I really appreciate their prompt replies and quick resolution.
