Worst customer service on the planet. The design of the $80 raised toilet seat is unsteady and dangerous. After contacting them on multiple occasions about the raised toilet seat for my elderly mother coming loose and then falling off the toilet, they blamed it on the toilet seat cover and not their design. We have 5 other toilet seats in the house with the same less than one year old lids and none of them failed. The design of the raised toilet seat causes the problem. Note the pictures. They show the screws that hold it in place without a lid. Do not buy!

Dishonest shipping updates and defensive customer service. I ordered an all terrain knee walker from Vive Health because was assured it would be delivered within 3 days. After ordering they quickly sent me an email advising they shipped said knee walker that same day. Hiwever, after checking the UPS tracking number I learned that UPS had not even received the package from Vive. When I confronted Vives customer service they were defensive, denied, and offered no resolve. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company vive health has a jell seat cushion that did not expand properly after two days. The customer service representative told me they will not stand behind the product to replace or refund my purchase. I can not recommend purchasing items from this company.

Strongly recommend reviewing Vive Health's return policy before purchasing. They will not accept a return if the box has been opened, which for all practical intents and purposes equals a "zero returns" policy. Purchased a bathtub transfer bench where it turned out the "vertical clearance" specified on the website was to the top of the bench (useless) rather than the bottom, which would indicate whether or not it would clear my tub wall. It did not, and as I had opened the box in order to discover this, the product was unreturnable. If you feel you must purchase one of their products, I would absolutely use an intermediary vendor (e.g. Amazon) so that the intermediary's returns policy is enforced. Otherwise it is "buyer beware."

I ordered a walker paid for it and then they emailed me to say that for first time customers there was a 15% discount but when I called them they said it was already shipped and I was out of luck!!!

I am another one. My folding cane broke after less than two years and their “lifetime” warranty is only one year per customer service, Great!

This company advertise as if returns and co-operating with customer when issue arise are a breeze. But once things goes south they will refuse to collaborate with you. Horrible cheap Chinese products.

The product arrived with a yellow liquid on it. Something like oil must have leaked? The brakes did not work. Calling, writing and emailing to get support are extremely difficult. If 1 human could talk clearly on a phone call to handle issues it could be better. Ordering a new part for the brakes was difficult enough. Then I am told to get information about installing it, I would have to go to the website to order info. If the agent could set up a part delivery, why couldn't he set up instructions to be set to me? The web site does not show any place o order instructions for installing a brake part. I wish I would have spent more money and purchased from a company that has REAL Customer Service.
