Worst customer service on the planet. The design of the $80 raised toilet seat is unsteady and dangerous. After contacting them on multiple occasions about the raised toilet seat for my elderly mother coming loose and then falling off the toilet, they blamed it on the toilet seat cover and not their design. We have 5 other toilet seats in the house with the same less than one year old lids and none of them failed. The design of the raised toilet seat causes the problem. Note the pictures. They show the screws that hold it in place without a lid. Do not buy!

Dishonest shipping updates and defensive customer service. I ordered an all terrain knee walker from Vive Health because was assured it would be delivered within 3 days. After ordering they quickly sent me an email advising they shipped said knee walker that same day. Hiwever, after checking the UPS tracking number I learned that UPS had not even received the package from Vive. When I confronted Vives customer service they were defensive, denied, and offered no resolve. Avoid this company at all costs.

I was issued a 360 Walker Boot Short by my Dr. when I had ankle surgery. There were numerous problems with the boot, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR USE! Specifically: 1. The inflation button is centered on the front at top, which made it almost impossible to use a knee scooter. 2. I got a bad case of trench-foot from using this! I was told to leave the boot in place for at least 2-3 weeks, which I did. That was a BIG mistake. The liner to the boot is foam filled with an inflatable plastic innertube of sorts. As such, my leg and foot sweated a LOT, and because there was no air-flow or drying mechanism, the heal of my foot was damaged by trenchfoot. This caused nerve damage and pain that was in addition the pain of the surgery, etc. Fortunately, that has now healed, but another week and it would have been permanent. 3. The straps and support configuration is horror to manipulate and set. 4. The 'rolling' heel caused more pain than not when I tried to walk on the boot. If I walked flat footed, it was okay; but the curved heel made that hard and so it caused less pain to walk without it (once I was allowed to remove it) than with it. Because of the above, I ended up cutting the tops of the boot down to make it more bearable. I also removed the inner liner, the inner tube, and the inflation button and I cut a hole in the heel area for ventilation. That made it tolerable and actually usable w/ the knee scooter, and helped my foot heel from the trenchfoot damage. BL: I suppose this is better than a cast, but frankly, IMOP, this is one of the worst, least human-friendly designs I could imagine. Which said, I eill NEVER use another of their products if I have any other choice at all.

This company vive health has a jell seat cushion that did not expand properly after two days. The customer service representative told me they will not stand behind the product to replace or refund my purchase. I can not recommend purchasing items from this company.

Strongly recommend reviewing Vive Health's return policy before purchasing. They will not accept a return if the box has been opened, which for all practical intents and purposes equals a "zero returns" policy. Purchased a bathtub transfer bench where it turned out the "vertical clearance" specified on the website was to the top of the bench (useless) rather than the bottom, which would indicate whether or not it would clear my tub wall. It did not, and as I had opened the box in order to discover this, the product was unreturnable. If you feel you must purchase one of their products, I would absolutely use an intermediary vendor (e.g. Amazon) so that the intermediary's returns policy is enforced. Otherwise it is "buyer beware."

I ordered a walker paid for it and then they emailed me to say that for first time customers there was a 15% discount but when I called them they said it was already shipped and I was out of luck!!!

I bought an ultra lightweight wheelchair and love it, does through doorways no problem, the wheels don't even touch the door frame, my son had a problem , but after reading the manual all was good, imagine that a man not reading instructions, all problems he had could have been avoided, the customer service was fantastic
