Missing Order
I ordered some peelers almost a month ago, and the payment has cleared my bank. I haven't received this order yet, and when I went to their website every contact was inactive. Has Vivanchor gone out of business?

Ordered a dog tool to remove undercoat
Ordered a dog tool to remove undercoat. I was charged for 2. Vi only ordered on. I was never able to talk to a human. Automated kept saying can't find orders. Must be a computer glitch. Contact customer service, someone will get back to you in 12 hrs. Liars. It took 72 hrs to get a email back after i started a dispute with bank. The message i received stated sorry it is taking so long. Every correspondence from customer service was sorry it was taking so long to ship. It never was about shipping. It was i wanted a refund for one i didn't order. I got them. They are garbage. There are no directions on how to use it safely. It doesn't work at all.
